What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, cash or checks.

When am I expected to pay for the container?

We ask customers to pay for their container at the time of delivery unless a charge account has been established. Charges will be sent to you via text message or email at the time of scheduling if you choose to pay with a credit card. If you are paying with check or cash, payment is expected when the container is dropped off.

What does the price include?

The price of a container includes delivery, pickup and disposal fees.

How full can I fill my dumpster?

Because we are required to tarp a dumpster for transport, we ask all customers to only fill their dumpster to the sides. If too much material is loaded into the container, you may be asked to remove excess material.

Where can roll-off containers be placed?

We are able to place our containers on any level ground provided our truck is given enough maneuvering space to drop the container safely. Placement on the street may require city permits, please check with your local municipality before requesting that one be placed on the street.

What if I fill the container but my project is not completed?

 Please give us a call and we will bring you a second container in a timely manner. You will be invoiced each time a container is dumped.

Are dumpsters easy to load?

Our roll-off containers have rear doors that swing open to provide you with a lower loading level.

Do I need to be there when the container is delivered or picked-up?

We typically encourage someone to be on-site when their container is delivered, however it is not necessary if you have provided us with the location of where you would like the container set on your property and payment has already been collected.
